Tower Hamlets Summer University is seeking funding partners in the development of our programmes and is keen to discuss long-term partnerships.
Our funding target for 2008/9 is £1.31m. This is broken down as follows:
£ 207k for the main summer programme for 11-25 year olds including dedicated courses for young people with physical and sensory disabilities
£ 75k for Summer Uni Plus
£ 105k for our Nang! magazine project
£ 100k for our Music Space project
£ 108k for the Peer Volunteer scheme
£ 100k for the Job Ready programme
£40k for our Young Ambassadors programme
£ 65k for Capacity Building and IT
£ 500k for Summer Uni London
To end September 2007, £642k has been secured towards this target.
